Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, simply reach out and we'll guide you through the process.
How to Return
Contact Us
Email hello@theinneredit.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorisation.
Package Your Item
Repack the item in its original packaging. Include any accessories, tags, or materials that came with it. Secure the parcel for transit.
Ship It Back
Post the item to the return address provided in your authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size where available. To request an exchange, follow the same return process above and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll prioritise your exchange and ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@theinneredit.co.za with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
