Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa via trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During collection launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@theinneredit.co.za.
International Shipping
We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it. Subscribe to The Editor's Note to be notified when we expand our shipping destinations.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials — recycled tissue paper, compostable mailers, and minimal plastic. We believe beautiful things deserve beautiful (and responsible) packaging.
Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout. Each gift is wrapped in our signature tissue with a hand-written note card.
